I visited this location yeasterday and girl name Natasha was extremely helpful . I was looking for one dress in my size but this location didn't have it in stoke she whent over bord and call location in Burlington near where I leave ask them to put dress on hold for me . Very happy with her service .

The girls here are so so helpful if you know what you're looking for! I went in today and was in a rush, so Natasha helped me navigate the store and find what I needed quickly. She understood what I wanted and knew exactly what to recommend. I will be back, as always! ☺️

I cannot speak more highly of the customer service I received at this location yesterday from Jordan, Sydney and Ainsley.When I first walked in to the store I was greeted by Sydney, to whom I mentioned that I was shopping for a new wardrobe, and was working on finding some pieces that would work for me and my new look.Every time I picked something up I wanted to try on Sydney was there to place it in the change room, leaving my hands free to keep looking at other pieces. When I went to try on my selection of clothes I was greeted by Jordan who had taken it upon herself to put together an assortment of other outfits I might like based on the pieces I had already selected. She had organized them into possible outfit combinations and displayed them for me from casual to dressy. She had explained that Sydney had mentioned to her that I was looking for new ideas and starting fresh, and it made me feel so special to have somebody help make my shopping trip a little easier. Even when Jordan's shift was over, Ainsley was there to help me.I greatly appreciate all the extra effort you ladies went to, and I will definitely be coming back for more soon! I love everything I bought, and I finally feel like my clothes reflect my personality.Thank you so, so much for all of your help!

Great location. The girls are always so pleasant and helpful. I have been shopping at this Dynamite for years, never had a bad experience. Trendy and fashionable workwear at affordable prices.

Bonnie and Natasha were amazing! Had to come in today to get a whole new work wardrobe as I’m starting a new office job and they helped me find some super cute pieces. Super sweet and helpful ladies :)

Absolutely amazing customer service!As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bonnie who asked what I was shopping for. I told her I needed an outfit for Valentine’s Day dinner and she immediately started picking out outfits for me. I came from the gym (wearing sweats) and she picked out my exact style and the vibe I was going for! I was able to try on many different options that I all loved, and ended up buying 2 outfits because I love how she styled them! The part I loved most was that I literally did nothing she picked out everything for me, I didn’t even have to look!Her energy made me excited to try on clothes (this is the part I hate most about shopping) and she kept checking in on me even when she got busy. I work in customer service myself and really appreciate her hard work and friendliness! I usually order online for convenience, but with such a great experience I will be returning soon!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. I was there between the hours of 6pm to 8pm on July 4th as I had to return stuff purchased online. I did not catch the girls name but she was working the left cash register if you’re standing in line waiting to check out. Had dirty blonde wavey hair. I stood in line as she was helping someone else. She moved like a snail. Kept yawning the whole time and when another employee from the store approchached her, she proceeded to pause whatever she was doing to tell the girl about her weekend and what she did. 15 minutes later she finally finished processing the customers service, at which point I had already moved on to the second lane to be assisted by a different employee. 30 minutes later I was finally out of the store for something that should have taken 5 minutes max. Will never shop here again!!!!

Natasha was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me order pants and was so friendly and helpful. 10/10 made my shopping experience so easy!

Worst customer service ever. The manager showed so much attitude based off us just wanting to exchange our purchase on a phone case. I don't understand what the need was for all the extra huffing and puffing that came along with her service.
